Add an attractive and durable edge to your cabinet doors and shelf edges. For use with plywood panels, MDF panels or shelves from 1/2" to 1" thick. All matched 2 piece bit sets are two-flute, carbide-tipped. Simply center the male cutter on the stock and make the cut. Next match up the female cutter with the center point of the first cut. Finish by gluing together the two pieces and flush trim the edges, if necessary. 60 deg. bits feature a tongue & groove for a larger glue surface area and easier alignment of edge banding. 1-7/16" Large Diameter. 1" Carbide Height. You can tell from the price that this is not the choice for industrial-grade users, but it's a decent enough hose for the home woodworker who's using a wet-dry vac or small dust-collection system. We like that it's so flexible, turning corners in a small shop without struggle. And we like that it retracts to a fraction of its extended length, saving lot of space. We wouldn't recommend connection to a larger dust-collection system, though, because the material is not rigid enough to withstand a huge amount of suction. Though we didn't experience any collapse during suction, we think it's possible with a larger machine.
